So Winterhold Rebuilt?

So remember that thread I made a while back for a mod Idea Winterhold rebuilt? Probably not so here is a link http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1307868-reqidea-winterhold-rebuilt/page__hl__winterhold%20rebuilt :D. Well I now have Skyrim on the PC and was wondering if anyone would want to collaborate on it. Unless someone has already made one.

Original post:
I think a WInterhold Rebuilt mod would be amazing. It would be a long, possibly branching, quest line to restore this once great city to it's former glory. Of course it would be mostly imagination as we don't know what the original city looked like. For the land that apparently fell into the sea, it could be magic that fixes it, either mages from the College or Psijics or better yet maybe they could band together to do it. It would be a huge undertaking to make it good. It would be voiced by a cast of good voice actors. Maybe get some people that are good with 3d modeling to make some new building NIFs (maybe following the style of the college). It would be nice to see the College bustling with students. What do you guys think?

So my Idea for it was to restore Winterhold to it's former glory the way that you hear it used to be.

Here are some possible things.
-Completely redo the College Questline, It would likely have the vanilla quest but it would continue after that.
-I would like to bring back the guild ranking system of past games, more specifically Morrowind where certain services would not be available until you attain a certain rank.
-Eventually working your way through the college something could come up about restoring the College, to do that they would need to restore the city to bring people back in.
-If not the College perhaps something with the Jarl to restore the city. Mabye you could convince the Jarl and the College to collaborate. The people of Winterhold believe it is the College that caused it so it would take a few quests to get them to trust the college.
-Someone said that it could be the people of winterhold as the driving force to restore the city.
-The land would be reformed either by magic or hard labor. The part of the city that fell into the sea would be rebuilt.
-The questline would be branching possibly featuring different outcomes. For those that don't want to join the college they could join the Jarl and drive out the college? On the opposite the PC could join the College and drive out the Jarl at the end crowning a new Jarl (Possibly the PC).
-If there is already a good college questline redux maybe we could collaborate with the author and incorporate it.

I scanned the Nexus and most of the mods just add buildings I don't think they have a questline.

I love the idea!

I did some searching a while back and came across an old thread regarding expanding the College Questline, but there were no new posts so that thread seems dead. I like your idea even better - expand the questline AND restore the city!

I'd be happy to contribue if you want scripting help.

Edit:

I wouldn't limit adding to the end of the College Questline, I'd expand between the quests and give it a lot more depth. The current quest line is very shallow imo, especially for such a large "reward". (That old thread does have some great ideas too.)

That would be great I still don't have a good grasp on scripting. I can do 3d modeling my problem is when it comes to UV Mapping in Blender I can't make it as neat looking as Vanilla models.

I have a coding background, so Papyrus and the CK in general is no problem. I've done a lot already with quests, dialog, AI Packages, etc, but I don't have any skills in textures and animations.
