So I finally get to Winterhold and try to go to the shop but the shop keeper is standing outside and will not go back into her shop or sell me anything. I have tried just about anything to get her to move, but nothing has worked. Any suggestions on how I can get her to sell me stuff?

Does she stand there all night then, even when everybody else has gone to bed?

In that case just rob her shop
