Sorta new to Modding Skyrim. I saw that someone wanted this on the Forums so I thought I'd give it a go. Some perks that help Vampire hunters along. Perfect for the Dawnguard fellows. My plans are to make tiers of Perks for increases damage to Vampires and resistance from their attacks. This will be added to the 'Restoration' perk tree (since for some reason, you can't make new Perk trees)



I would like some help in a few areas-

1) - is it possible to set perks that can only be unlocked after killing a certain number of Vamps? and if show, how can that be done?

2) - How can I set a perk to increase damage done by Crossbows? They only seem to have the Keyboard of 'bow' and I don't want to increase the damage inflicted by all longrange weapons
