I know this is beta and things like this are expected. but damn i want to play

My experience so far:
ive managed to get into game once after about an hour of repeatedly waiting 10 minutes on a "Please wait retreiving character load" screen only to be given a "error 310"..when i finally got in game i took a few steps around a room and was testing out controls then i used the crouch key and my movement was locked and i became stuck, where i had to restart the game. now ive been trying to get back in the game for the past hour and a half once again getting the "please wait retreiving character load", followed by the "error 310" message after waiting 10-15 minutes.
I wander if i will ever be able to take more then a few steps in this world.

Is this just a server over load thing or what?
