Just like the title says, I think it would be neat if while in vampire lord form you could fly around skyrim like in the flying mod. I know a lot of people thought flying was impossible but this mod proves that theory wrong, it has limitations like not being able to land in the middle of Whiterun but I still think it would be cool.

Pretty sure the devs decided to just leave flying VL's to mods. Maybe they thought it was overpowered or simply didn't want to do it, who knows. Nothing is "impossible" it's just about whether or not the dev team actually wants to implement it or not, which they didn't.

It would have been awesome if they just didn't include the VL aesthetic form all together and just had your character model in his/her equipment flying around doing Vampiric Grip or any of the other Vampire powers.

Vampire lords r supposed to look like that , they r cool n they should be something different to ur character when u change into one , ive got an imperial male assassin , theif , archer at lvl 81 n sein him jus grow wings n nothing else change wud be awful , im playing my ps3 version n still waiting for dawn guard n cant wait , ive already played as a vamp n like my red eyes when u turn tho i know geting bit by harkon its glowing eyes time , but the vampire lord form is awsome , great job bethesda

Yep, very true Poronne is the man, he was the first to get a flight mod in Skyrim and those new custom anims look really great! Unfortuantely I'm afraid the altered XML files won't be compatible with the VL form.

Anyway first thing I'll do when DG comes out for PC is to mod a flight spell as an ultimate perk into the perk tree (paired with other pells ofc). Thanks to J3X who created the flyable Broomstick mod there is already a very nice version available that respects collision .So keep your eyes open for my mod releases after DG PC release
