Biding my time. School helps though, I suppose. But, this is gonna be the most awesome gamerelease EVER for me.

I'm going to the midnight release with my girlfriend, who is also very much into Fallout, and we will be picking up our copies. I then have been granted a wonderfully placed THREE days off of school, plus the weekend, starting on the 20th.

So.. Amazing..

Double post, sorry. But good luck. It's totally worth it if it works out, and if it doesn't, you really don't lose anything. I've been there before. It's hard, but you just have to push yourself. You'll make it. :tops:

Yeah, the amount of camping is seriously absurd.

The only way to have fun is not to play seriously. Run around and knife, troll people with the shield, whatever. You won't win but you'll enjoy yourself more than playing to win, I find.

Want a real protip? Play COD4. It's still the better game.

My problem with MW2 is I always forget there's ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS atleast 1 enemy who spamms noob tube grenades.

I can handle that for about 1-2 games.

Then it's just not fun anymore, not to mention all the other retardedness.

In a typical game you'll have 1-2 tubers, 1-2 ump users, another OP weapon user, 1 out of every 2 games will be a speed knifer (or worse 2 pals speed knifing), then you've got atleast 2-3 noobs which get boring to kill after a while because they try running right at you with their uzi or some crap. By the time you've added it all up there's only a handful of real FPS players on an average MW2 game.

Studying for exams which are one week after the release, so I'm gonna need to manage my time very wisely
Although I highly doubt I'll put NV down

I will be playing FO3 again with a new character. However, once it arrives, I will install a new shock tower and go put some more miles on my nitro RC until it releases.

I've actually got a lot of stuff to do. My last day of work is the 6th of October, and at the end of November we're moving... like, across the country. I'm planning on having everything packed up and ready to go before FO:NV is delivered to my doorstep, with the exception of a few things like my computer, TV, etc. My wife is leaving for out of town (to where we are moving) at the end of October to get stuff set up, so I'll pretty much be playing New Vegas while she's gone, as hopefully I won't have much else to do except take care of the dogs, and put in a few resume's online every day.

If I have a few days between packing and the release, I'll take a few days out of town to play with the bolt gun... you can NEVER shoot "Too Much".

Three weeks in the house alone with FO:NV is simply going to be awesome, though.

once its october 1st, i'm not coming anywhere near these forums until the game comes out and ive put a good solid few hours into it. most likely there is going to be lots of 'first impression' type things and everyone is going to drool over the fact that they have the damned thing in their system :P

Eating breathmints like they're candy and playing L4D2 mutations, Mass Effect 1 and Fallout 2. (It's hard to juggle three games at the same time. :( )

Just living my life as normal :)

Although I plan on actually coming onto this Forum from time to time now to see what's going on, but avoiding any spoilers of course. I plan on buying the Collector's Edition for the Xbox 360 :P

I happen to be on holidays the week of Oct 19th. It's not like I planned this but it is a nice coincidence. Until then i will continue to chip away at Oblivion.

10/19 is taking forever, I want my NV fix NOW!!! :cryvaultboy:

In the meanwhile I'm re-playing GTA IV to hunt some of the trophies I couldn't get to at launch because they were retroactively added.

I may pick up the GTA4 DLC episodes on disc and play them, time permitting of course.

Dead Rising 2 looks interesting, I'm tempted to get the pre-order @ Gamestop because of the Ninja Outfit pre-order bonus.

Then there's Gran Turismo 5 and Little Big Planet 2 coming soon...

There's going to be so many freakin' games and so little time... =/
