woman, where on earth are you taking me?

Stupid Delphine keeps taking the weirdest routes to get to places. The first time when we were headed to Kynesgrove, we made it to Valtheim Towers, killed all the bandits, then all of a sudden, she decides to walk BACK to Riverwood, and then after we'e back at Riverwood, she proceeds to walk to Kynesgrove again.

The 2nd time, Esbern was with us, and I picked "we should all travel together". After about 5 minutes, they all of a sudden stop following me, then they say "We'll meet you at Karthspire". I was like "fair enough, I'll just follow you then". We get to Rorikstead, and all of a sudden, she turns around and walks in the direction that we came from, and then after about 5 minutes, turns around AGAIN and walks in the direction we were originally going in (with Esbern following behind her).

This went on for 10 minutes (walking back and forth between the same points) before I just said "You know what, [censored] it. I'm gonna get there myself cos this is a total waste of time. I'll let that dumb bish sort herself out".

I liked it with delphine because it looked like she forgot sometimes where to go. It made her actually seem HUMAN.

Smart AI is in sometimes letting it make mistakes that look like human mistakes, though I doubt the Devs meant that to happen in this case.

But walking back and forth repeatedly between two points? I mean come on, really?! There's getting lost, and then there's THAT.

Maybe she thought she forgot something then remembered she never had it?

Er... She never walked back and forth repeatedly with me, she just sometimes goes the one way then turns around and heads back in the right direction.

Didn`t realise it was quite taht bad with you. maybe Mods causing conflicts?

Did you read the part where I mentioned "WALKING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE SAME POINTS"? If that was the case, then she must have a very severe case of short term memory loss in order to forget that the she already remembered that something wasn't there.

I'm on console, so no mods. And I don't believe that there would be mods that would mess with the pathing of AI and NPCs in this game.

Ok well too bad, I don`t get that problem.

How the hell would you know if you don`t have a PC? I know for a fact that there are mods that mess up some AI pathfinding if they conflict with eachother. I let it go with your original problem, but now you`re beginning to annoy me by telling me what mods can do when you have no idea.

I was just making a comment, but next time I`ll hold my tongue before coming into to a thread with someone who seems to want an argument.

I wasn't arguing with you. I was saying what I assumed, but obviously I was wrong since I don't play on PC and I thank you for correcting me. It wasn't meant to sound like an angry post.

Oh, and I do have a PC, I just don't play Skyrim on it.
