Command Humanoid spell instead of Calm. this will be much more fun, once a day that can command anyone for maybe 30sec

Eh... no. not really. well, maybe but...

Not for an imperial racial power, definitely not.

But as a illusion spell absolutely yes, 100% yes. They have the mechanics for 'command animal' with the bosmer racial power, they could have easily included the command spells under illusion.

I just find calm spell doesn't have much use beside temporary disable someone from battle.

that was more usefull back in the old games

Calm and Courage are opretty good grinding spells,

Not for the "in lieu" of that power, but I do miss the spell. Actually, I miss a lot of the spells.
