Wont absorb dragon soul : V

After killing a dragon its soul was never absorbed.
At first i was like maybe i missed it but then i noticed it was still making the burning sound
but the dragon never turned into a skeleton.
Also unlike when you normaly kill a mob it can be pushed around
but i just walk through this dragons body like its not there. I can still loot it though.

Any ideas?

I have had this happen twice now. Is it a bug? Any replies would help.

Just had this happen. Was it like that for all dragons you killed after or just that one?
