No offense but are you aware this OpenGL file is newer than the prev3 drivers. And to answer your question yes i did.

mlauzon - aren't you on DNA as well? Or are you using the same nickname?

Do you put both these drivers in the RAGE directory, or only one, because your post is lacking that information?

Are those opengl drivers from the 11.10 preview drivers? Because that driver version is newer than the opengl driver in the official 11.9 release, which is 6.14.10.11298.

I tried putting each one in there separately and together and together is not a good idea. Per my setup I got the best performance using the x64(atio6axx.dll) file.

My setup at a glance:

Win 7 64bit
Crosshair IV Forula Mobo
Athlon Phenom II X4 965 quad core @3.6ghz
8 Gigs Kingston Hyper X RAM 1600
Corsair Force GT 120 GB SSD
Sapphire 5970
3x Acer 24" monitors @ 6048x1080 - Eyefinity

Game was finally running pretty well for me up until I hit the Dead City and now I am seeing the texture popup thing again which is annoying. Going to finish this game in time and then uninstall it for Skyrim.

I'll be shocked if they do another patch before December. What a way to disappoint Carmack...

I tried both of them at the same time before I posted asking if you put both in, will try with just the 64-bit one.

My specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Intel Core i7 965 Extreme Edition @ 3.2GHz
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 24GB (9-9-9-24)
Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 X2 2GB (dual-GPU card) w/ 11.10 drivers
Corsair HX1000W PSU
ASUS Rampage II Extreme w/ latest BIOS (2002)
Samsung SpinPoint F1 1TB HDD
