I purchased this game because I buy every game ID is involved with .... trying to play this game is like getting stabbed. It is the worst experience I have ever had in setting up and playing a video game, that includes the pain I had to go through to setup a Novell network to play 4 player Doom. To me it feels like no one tested the game .... I do not think Carmack could say anything to make this alright. Looks like the last ID game I will be buying.

I'm with you Philip, I've owned every single ID game ever and this one is just a pure disappointment, worse than Quake 4.
