Yes, I think that would be awesome. They had the Black Horse Courier in Oblivion. Perhaps there could be two- a Stormcloak-affiliated paper and another favouring the Empire?

There could even be spy-type quests to feed the opposition paper with disinformation in an attempt to demoralize the other side.

Serious note: I wouldn't mind something like this again, though personally I'd prefer it if the newspaper was more targeted at what is going on outside of Skyrim

I would love if the game recognized more if i went on a stealing spree in a town and comited loads of burglary, like in the newspaper "Massive burglary hits Windhelm, no suspect thus far" or sort of thing..
The game just dont care that much of your acts..

wow! that is an awesome ideia! a newspaper with info about the other provinces/kingdoms that receive several "updates" with new info as we progess in the game
