I would have wanted som Speech-powers

Consider you wanna make a char that rarely fights. You wanted a char that could speak his way through any situation.

I would like speech perks that can be used as powers that drain either magicka or has a cooldown simliar to shouts or other powers.

*Threaten - You make a roar similar to the werewolf where enemies, if the skill is high enough, simpy flees from you for up to 20 seconds. Can be upgraded 5 times. Each perk spent increases the chance of success and the duration of the time the enemy flees.
*Calm - Pretty much Voice of the emperor, but unlockable via speech. If the skill is high enough the enemy would simply become your friend.
*Hypnotize: The enemy will act as a follower for up to 1 day depending on skill level. When the spell breaks he will simply leave. If you attack him he will become hostile. OR will be the same as Fury/Frenzy.
*Undead master: Will be able to turn undead for up to 20 seconds


I thought about some passive skills as well.
*Diplomat - after choosing side on the CW the enemy faction will treat you as a neutral person unless you attack which will forfeit the diplomat status in that town/camp
*Authority - Bandits won't be hostile unless provoked. Bandit cheifs will forfeit this effect.


These are just some loose ideas I have to make the speech skill more interesting. I want you guys to help me broaden these ideas.
