Alright, I like to RP my characters. Meaning I do not like maxing out every skill tree and what not...but I would like to still be a max level (81?)

Would the ENTIRE (DLCs and all) game scale to that level if I did it via console?

I do like difficult challenges, and I am wondering if the game would automatically scale to my level and thus be more difficult? Would anything blow up or crash?
