Wow! What Happened?

So I decided to play Skyrim after about 4-5 months of not touching it. I have to say they did a great job with fixing it. Is it just me or do the graphics look a little more crisp? Load times are superb and lagging is completely gone. I can't believe how they finally made it so I can play again. My main character of 500 plus hours just went from unplayable to playable. Everything just looks beautiful even the shadows are looking great, oh and the water holy crap. I didnt really search the forum before posting so I don't know if anyone is still having problems. If they are I don't understand why they are still herE at all, I had to leave because of that but now that I can play I'm back and very satisfied with what they have done. Even though it took nearly a year I am over complaining about it. Great work Beth!

Second honeymoon period?

All the issues are still there, some of them are actually worse. The water does look nice though.

Yeah as the updates from patch 1.04 and 1.05 do the cleanup and settling in you will have an improved experience for a time but all the stuck inventory items broken quests, Letrush clones, dead vital NPC's, broken radiant quest system are still there.

You say crisp graphics, wait a while and you will see shorter draw distance, more object pop up and realise that all the laggy places of old are still laggy.

Enjoy the honeymoon though.

Well he did say he has not played the game in months. So, I see how he would see a big difference. It's likely he didn't play with 1.4, 1.5. So he doesn't really notice the differences b between this patch and the last one.

To everyone that reads this thread. Let this man be happy with his game. Try not to be negative. Let us just say that we are happy for the OP and may he enjoy the game :)

^This. We will see OP back in a week or two telling us he ran into the 10 FPS wall.
