Wrong colored water under waterfalls in Whiterun : V

I have many http://i380.photobucket.com/albums/oo246/Ilwuen/InstalledMods.pnginstalled, so I would like to know if everybody else is having the waterfall green and the fountain under it blue?

Uninstall all mods, refresh the INI files, and verify the files.

If the problem goes away, it's likely a mod issue and should go here: http://www.gamesas.com/forum/183-skyrim-mods/
