so I installed dawnguard and now all the textures of the cities look like crap what the hell Bethesda. Far off buildings have no textures even loading screen object textures look like crap

For sure. And these random vamp attacks are too damn frequent. Every city I go to is attacked almost as soon as I installed the dlc.

Completing Dawnguard's main quest will help with the attacks.
