Oh well I have my **** GT 240 here on a 250W power supply.

Anyone want to donate old PSUs and/or video cards to me?

I can't even properly max this game out right now without any texture pack in DX9.

PSU's are cheap man but you can get a Corsair one for ￡50. Don't skimp on PSU quality for gaming though.

Yeah that's not the problem. I have more than enough cash to buy the stuff. My parents just don't trust me with upgrades and forbid me to "waste" my money on them. I've even proven to them that I can upgrade, I took apart every single part of my desktop down to the CPU and rebuilt it...still all I get is a "no."

Too bad Newegg doesn't accept cash.

but anyway these pictures look awesome as hell, i bet will play c2 like a maniac even more than now when its out
if they add paypal pay methods and put a bit more in a dlc than 4 maps i would buy them so hard

I have 250 GTS and crysis 1 with DX 10 looks awesome.
It will be stupid if there is only dx9 or dx11.

DX10 is pretty useless that's why and it doesn't offer much over DX9.

Crysis 1 looks exactly the same in Dx9 and Dx10.

Also why is POM this time DX11 only? DX9 can do it too. I'm gonna have to hack enable it

Naw I used to have an 8600GT and figured the 240 only took 20 more watts so it shouldn't kill anything. Been using the GT 240 at full load at 1080p for almost a year now and no issues.

I even have both my CPU and GPU overclocked.

Also if the PSU blows out that's fantastic (assuming the rest of the system doesn't go with it). Gives me an excuse to buy a new one.

I'll blame all of you for not giving me free video cards and PSUs.

You have no idea how much I want a GTX 460 and a new PSU.

Maybe I could pull it off. I have a bunch of old textbooks, an old 1440x900 monitor, 2 relatively new printers with no ink, and a bunch of crap that I could sell on Ebay for Paypal cash to spend on Newegg.

I've been refreshing it waiting on the D/L links to work. I've noticed the On/Off images weren't working at first, slowly but surely all of them are alternating properly. Leads me to believe those D/L links should be working VERY SOON....
Note that these links are for the optional tesselation and texture packs. When you find a link for the "The DX11 Ultra Upgrade", THEN we're close....

You'll just get short pausing like Crysis 1 does sometimes when it goes to main ram, after eating your vram.
