Have you tried adjusting the sensitivity of it whilst in game by pressing Start, going into the System menu, choosing the Settings section of the menu and then changing it's sensitivity in the Gameplay section? My controller felt nothing likethe 360 version using Beth's own pre-set, so I adjusted it until it felt fine to me.

Well, the best fix for that problem is using a mouse and a keyboard.

Also, your video card likely doesn't meet the minimum requirements. I'd suggest going for at least an HD 5770, they're pretty cheap now and very much relevant, which is surprising for the chipset's age.

yup i have tried it all sensitivities everything..... the Y axis is hitted up its like my in game sensitivity is at lower then half but when I pitch up and aim anything specific I have to take a lot og steps left right up down before i get on target. My system is ok it happens even on low settings..

That's weird because i'm using a dual action gamepad with the xbox360 controller emulator and its really smooth. Something emulated is not supposed to work better than the original...in theory.

Actually it's known that having the Xbox 360 gamepad enabled in the game gives you worse video performance. I have no idea why, if I enable it I get worse FPS than if I have it disabled.

Gonna check that out, I'm using regular xbox 360 controller and it works fine, except horse's stuttering a lot while riding on paths, not a biggie but still annoying

Try limiting your FPS. I use 40fps, but 30fps is equivalent to the Xbox. Smooths things out a lot.

Also turn off mouse acceleration in the INI.
