I've enjoyed my 360 since getting it for me and the family this past Christmas, that is until two days ago when I connected it to the internet for the first time. My reward for doing so? First I get hit with three "Do it, or else!" threats about updates. Twice, when I first turned on the console, then again the first time I ran Skyrim. Heck, I connected it to get the Skyrim patch, but did it really need to be delivered with a do it or else ultimatum?
What's worse, though, is now I have two nag screens every time I play. First, when I start the Xbox. "Hey, you're not connected." Then again when I load my profile. "Hey, you're not connected." Thanks guys. I guess it's either nags or your promotions. I debated buying Legendary or using Live. I see the $40 spent on Legendary would have been worth it because now I just don't enjoy the console anymore and there is no way in sight to undo the damage.
I give up. lol
