Xbox 360 textures : V

Hi all I was just wondering is the Xbox 360 install to hard-drive textures has been fixed.
The day I got Skyrim I installed it to the HDD and then downloaded the update and then removed it from the HDD and haven't installed since.
Has it been fixed?

Wait for patch 1.2, it should get fixed then.

It will (maybe) hit sometime after Thanksgiving
