How come it go like this. On xbox when we kill a human we can get a animation that we decapitee a human head. But i never get one on ps 3. Need explanation here.

I have had that animation on the PS3, it is however slightly buggy and the head just appears to float until the animation is over then just falls to the ground.

I'm only using Warhammers for my character, but I never got a decapitation on a killing move until I got the perk under 2-handers that states power attacks have a chance to decapitate.

It's a perk you have to achieve with One-Handed.

The decapitate is a perk, no?

There is a perk for power attacks to have a chance for decapitation. I'm going to assume there's a direct correlation with the killing move decapitation.

i unlocked 2 new perks on one handed yesterday, cant remember what they were( one was 10% chance of critical hit i think), but after activating them, i noticed the new animation of chopping off heads

Thats so strange! I was just coming on here to say, despite the bugs ruining my game i just decapitated someone for the first time! A fire wielding mage bandit skulking around the remains of Helgen.

I was just gonna say how despite the bugs it is still one of, if not the best game i have ever played. When it works of course.
After decimating his friends is was so cool and insanely satisfying to remove the final guys head from his shoulders.

You have to take a perk from the warrior tree to be able to do decapitations. I am a dual wielding warrior mage so i've been leveling up one handed. The perk in that tree, Savage Strike, means standing power attacks do 25% bouns damage with a chance of decapitation.

It great when you pull it off and the guys head rolls down the hill!

It is an amazing game indeed. The only problem is that we have been shafted by Bethesda's massive [censored] once again. This is unforgivable!

Ya it works, I have had my head chopped off before...

Thou after getting this perk I still have not chopped anyone's heads off but I think that is because I mainly use a glass dagger in my right hand, and my Epic edge sword in my left..

Believe me, i agree. I've been all over these forums venting my disgust.

I'm pretty sure it's also with two-handed.
