So my profile is on a usb stick and I want to transfer it over to a larger usb drive but it won't let me? How can I get my profile over on my new usb?

Why won't it let you sir? Do you have both USBs plugged in?

You may or may not need a transfer cable, not sure on that.

Worse case scenario is you could plug your usbs onto your computer and transfer them that way. I know you can transfer data from the PC to the console on a USB/transfer cable and I'm fairly certain you can shift it all to another USB if you have admin priviledges. You may need a program to view all this info though.

Both are plugged in, but it's saying a profile can't be transferred.

Do you have a harddrive? Copy your profile onto the harddrive then unplug the old usb. Plug in the new usb and put the profile on there.

No harddrive that's why i'm using usb. If I start my xbawks without the usb with my profile could I use the recover gamertag feature and then select my new usb drive to save it to?
