you need to go online and register your game
then you can play it offline [DRM?]
used games require a fee to play
here is the catch
what if you own a box with more than 1 person on the box
that means all of those other people will have to pay a fee
in order to play that game
game is tied to your gamertag via the cloud
so the online only is actually true
the TV part is , right now, only for North America
but here is the catch
you will need to buy another device in order for it to work
for me the kinect is waaay tto intrusive
