1 year later, still missing texture on 80% of my hair choices, when will this be fixed?

This texture or whatever that is missing is just for my racial hair. Guess that isn't so important.

You're clearly using mods. Don't blame Bethesda for your broken game. Show me a purely vanilla screenshot and I'll agree, but I've never seen that on any characters on the 360.

That is a vanilla (Dawnguard) vampire Wood Elf. Mine.

So yes, I do blame Bethesda for not fixing Wood Elf hairs for male on PC when it has gone over 1 year.

(By the way, if you wonder why the colors are so bright in the screenshot - it's because I had to adjust the brightness on the screenshot as it was taken inside a cave.)
