Today when walking around skyrim (in the hjaalmarch area) as I came up to a river I noticed a section of it was missing. When I walked into the river, the water was there. Then when I crossed to the other side and turned around the section I just went through was gone again. I thought the 1.7 patch would have fixed this issue but I guess it didn't.
