F You Autosave

Post » Thu May 10, 2012 5:20 pm

OMG!

I'm doing the DB [censored] f-ing quest and keep getting killed. And autosave you can go svck it.

Why doesn't it autosave every time I walk into a dungeon or building? Shouldn't it autosave when I open the door and walk in?

Instead I keep loading a much earlier autosave because this game doesn't autosave when I start a dungeon. *begins to manually saving game out of rage*

Anyone else have this problem?

You can change the frequency of the Autosave in the options menu. At least you can on PC I assume the same applies for all platforms.

It autosaves every time that I enter a Dungeon or go trough a Door.

How about stop being a lazy freak with nerd rage and cut off the auto save and save the damn thing manually like a normal person. I love these people who complain about losing stuff or dying over and over, but won't learn that auto save is B.S. anyway, so do it yourself FFS.

Is it really hard to press "Save" every 30 minutes and turn autosave off?

Oh my God the thought of letting Auto-Save actually save for me makes my OCD go insane.

No effing way. :shakehead:

I ask for a level of some respect. I don't appreciate the rudeness. I have played RPGs quite a bit and have never been a FPS type of person.

I do manually save, but when I remember. Sometimes I forget because I get enthralled and into the situation that is happening.

Autosave is like a backup soldier. And I would prefer if my backup soldier actually backed me up. Because there will be times when I do forget to save.

I wasn't being rude in the least I was simply stating I couldn't let auto-save just save for me. No where in my rambling did I insult you or be rude. Let me tell you I still have auto-save on but I self save like a mofo because auto-save is like Skynet to me.

Sorry if you took it as rude but it wasn't.

Just save it yourself especially after something important happens. :mohawk:

One last thing this is my first single person RPG game so it's new to me top have to save but me being obsessive reminds me to. I was an MMO WoW girl so saving games was not an option.

Don't worry, I also have my obsessiveness. Ever since autosaved failed me, I go through my pray:

Save save, if you don't save save.

lol. It's like the chant before you manually save.

But all I was asking if someone had an autosave fail on them. That's all. I do manually save. I got obsessive like that in Oblivion, that's why I have over 130 saves. Same thing with Fallout 3.

But I also do forget sometimes as well. And that's when autosave helps.

Lol I'm not even obsessive. I have over 130 saves too...

I mean the autosave every five minutes, instead of however long you are doing. I think I misunderstood everything.

Funny how someone asks for respect yet can't show respect on the forums without obscuring swear words. You Nerd Rage here about not being able to complete something without checking your options on how to save or setting on your auto save. There is a quick save option 1 button. I suggest you learn to use it.

What if I wasn't using the swear word? Hmmm....?

I rarely even use swear words in my life. Half the time, I say "muffins". Only because that's the word I use. That or fudge.

Fudge the autosave.

As said, be respectful. If you cannot be then don't even reply to my threads. End of discussion.

You made this a public forum topic not me. All I was stating is that it ironic that you ask for respect after going on a little ADD Nerd Rage rant and obscuring swear words. Maybe next time try to ask for help without the rant.

You do realize there is a NON-automatic save feature in the game right?
