"You cannot wait in this location" : V

Hey,

When I try to wait any where it doesn't work. I have tried sleeping in a bed, but that doesn't work either.

I just get a message in the top left hand corner which states "You cannot wait in this location".

Does anyone know why this is happens?

If the bed is owned it won't let you sleep and I believe you can only wait in the wilderness.

no that's not it because I own the bed and you can usually wait almost anywhere.

Are enemies nearby when you wait, other than that its probably a bug, try turning off your console or PC and start the game again.

No enemies are nearby and I've turned my PC off as well. It probably is a bug like you said. But I don't want to restart my whole game as I don't want to loose my level etc.

If you is on PC use a command that auto-transports you to another place (Like CoC or Movetoqt)
I used those to get ride of that in Oblivion.

They don't take kindly to posts being bump multiple times around here.

If you are unable to wait anywhere in Skyrim then I'd say the bug is now in your saves, you may have to go to an earlier save, certainly your autosaves might have the bug now.
