The " You cannot wait/rest here while enemies are near" happens to me constantly and I can't find any enemies. Vanheim towers is a complete loss unless I hunt down and kill every slaughterfish and crab below for an insane distance for example. Often I can't find any enemies. Oblivion had a mod which got this under control to areasonable level. IS there any such animal in Skyrim.

Righr now, Ihave a character at the shrine of Dibella north of Dawnstar. I was going to stop pray then stay there thenight but I'm getting that message. Whatever it is is out of life detect range but still counts.

This is the feature I hate the most about roleplaying games. I don't know why they do this. If I want to put my character at risk by sleeping in a dangerous area that ought to be my (and my character's) business. A game developer has no business telling me or my character when we can sleep and when we cannot sleep, especially in a series that purports to be about player freedom. I used mods to get rid of this asinine game mechanic in Morrowind and Oblivion. If and when one is developed for Skyrim it will instantly go on my must-have list.

Thanks, SteamTeck, for giving me an opportunity to that off my chest. :)

Annoys me too, haven't seen anything yet.

I think it may be hard to achieve too unless its totally switched off (wouldn't be a bad thing), I get the feeling vertical distance is not part of the equation.
