If you could go to any university, which would you choose?

I have found myself in the position of being able to choose almost any university I would like, at this point. In reality there are likely some that I won't get into, but my high average is promising a choice of some of the top schools. My problem is that I have no idea where to apply to.
If you got to choose any university, assuming you has the funds, which would you choose and for what field or subject?

Universities in Norway are pretty much funded by the state, so they don't cost very much at all. I'm quite content with the university I got to study in. I'd like to try some short-time study program in another country at some point though, preferably in Japan or South Korea. We have these kind of programs every year.

Washington State University. Go Cougs!

But honestly, probably Oxford or something over in Europe.
