Isometric point'n click gameplay with turnbased combat. I think at least someone would consider it "braking canon".

as much as i loved the first 2 games. i would hate for them to switch the game to turnbased.

most wouldnt buy it. and obsidian would never make a fallout title again

If I broke my cannon I would scavenge the wastes for parts to repair it.

Um how is any of that breaking cannon? (well other than Harold returning seeing as how he's rooted in the Capital Wasteland)

Ironic seeing as how they originally did turn based and now they're doing another Fallout

Something like that, yes. I've heard even more ridiculous claims. :P

Seriously, how would Harold break your cannon? He must have some firepower.

Talking Deathclaws aren't extinct. There were two survivors based on the Chosen One's actions, and generally the good choice is the canon one. I doubt they'll show up, but it's nice to imagine that there are freaky killing machines chatting it up out there.

If you could break cannon for this game what would you do

Hmmm..

I'd strip out the intensified 50's theme, and revert it back to the approach that Fallout had.

*(and erase the Enclave from all history past FO2)

that after 200 years all boxed foods have desintigrated into dust and canned foods have iether turned to dust or turned into an unedible blocks of hardened black goo.

@SpEcTrE.: The word you're looking for is "canon", not "cannon". [/ignorant spelling lesson]

Anyways, I don't know if it would break canon, but I would have Robobrains with brains for Garys. I would also give them the voice of a Protectron.

"Gary? Tickets please! Gary!"

Maybe we should have those talking deathclaws back. I would love that.

I wouldn't do much. All I'd do is slip in a few diesel powered homebuilt dune buggies, some weapons we would be more familiar with(Just because they haven't been included in a game doesn't necessarily mean they never existed), and I would have quite a bit of semiconductor stuff pop up. I find it quite difficult to wrap my mind how, in 100 years of it's existing, the transistor never quite made it into even mainstream computers. You'd see things like the PipBoy 4000, which was built with semiconductors and is thusly roughly the size of the modern day smartphone(Still wrist mounted, though), you'd see computers with a proper GUI(I would leave in some command line terminals though), color screens, things like that. The PipBoy 4000 would have a built-in cellular phone ability that can be used to communicate with any pip-boy within two miles, and pre-war at any rate, any normal phone in the country.

Everything else would stay the same. Radiation would still ghoulify ya, for example. I wouldn't really change anything crucial to the universe or any of the events in-game.
