helped created characters and/or design the game? I know a guy that claims he did this and when offered payment for his services he declined, saying that he'd burn the money. Is this guy just delusional? He doesn't work for the company and claims to be 'deep into anonymous'. I asked customer service but they directed me to you guys. Any info can help. Thanks!

Noone outside Bethesda/Zenimax helped, they haven't hired freelancer artists since the development of Shadowkey back in 2004.

This is in reference to Skyrim.

Its being made by ZeniMax Online, so everyone working on the game is "outside' Bethesda, but as far as this specific person... well I'm not sure I understand your question exactly, but probably not.

Aside from professional actors, no one from outside Bethesda has had anything to do with the game. At least, according to the credits.
