You sleep-darted a certain someone (Granny Rags) and lost the clean hands achievement?

I beat the game, got flesh/steel and ghost- didn't get clean hands- heard about the glitch with the sleep dart against You Know Who. Redid said mission without sleepdarting (OR choking out), just pickpocketed required item (Key) and bolted- beat the mission, no kills, still no achievement...

Ugh...

edit: Posted in no spoiler section, got wishy washy answers- again, all of my stats show no kills, but originally I sleep darted Rags- replayed the mission after completing the playthrough, no dart no choke hold, just pickpocket and bail. No achievement...

Replied to your thread in the general section, but again I think you need to replay all the missions after that mission. Pretty sure I know which one it is, so it shouldn't take to long to get to the end of the game.
