There was a mod like this in Oblivion, does anyone know if such a one exists for Skyrim?

I have found its very easy to accidentally steal an item not marked as owned , only upon opening your character record does it show up. Also sometimes with murder, like striking down the Thalmor to soon, you get marked as committing a murder. Often times both of these events have no bounties associated with thrm.

If this has NOT been made could someone please make it, of point in a direction i could learn how to?
