Not a companion per se, but I want my own private vertibird pilot. A female BOS lancer with her own companion arc and mission. She's docked at the Prydwen when I'm at Logan and I can leave on my missions from the Prydwen and when I drop a signal she picks me up. I can also call her in for air support once a day and should only be used in really tough spots. Instead of her vertibird blowing up when it hits 0 hp she leaves for repairs. Maybe make her a romance.
