So, as title says, do you think Time goes to fast and does feel real enough, or time goes to slow, and it doesnt make sense for a civil war to start and finish, an apocalypse prevented, and to rise to the top of multiple guilds in 20 less days..

Hmmm, I think the quest lines are rather short, which makes the game seem like it is going too fast, yes' but, there are a fair amount of quests in general, not part of the quest lines...
