I would have to add a caveat to my vote. I don't think it will be released due to massive incompetence and greed on Bethesda's part (they would be the first to cop to that), but if it is, it won't be Human Head's vision and will, as a consequence, be less special.

I think a release is highly unlikely, maybe even impossible, as Bethesda's doesn't have the source code. They probably would have to reboot it from scratch, rework the existing game into a new codebase (probably the best option - although it still svcks), or, using Dishonored as a recent example, just pilfer it's ideas for future releases.

I think we will, in a very long time. Not 2014, later than that.

Tbh, I think the game has or is near vaporware status. But hey, you just never know Sure is a shame...
