I don't entirerly understand this question.. Either you mean Daedric plains or you mean Cyrodiil.. and If you mean Cyrodiil.. Then most deffinetly..

The daedric realms, i am almost sure you will be allowed to enter the realm of Molag Bal. I am not sure about the other realms.
