You won't actually be able to go to Ebonheart (at launch)

Post » Sun Jan 27, 2013 11:51 am

because, many of you skyrimmers may not know, Ebonheart is not apart of mainland Morrowind. Its located on Vvardenfell. Ebonheart was always one of my favorite cities in Morrowind too. I mean unless thousands of years ago it was located in mainland which i couldnt say for sure.

cant wait to visit this iconic city

http://www.imperial-library.info/sites/default/files/gallery_files/minibigmaproadslore31gv.jpg - looks like Old Ebonheart is mainland, while Ebonheart is on Vvardenfell.

I think this is Ebonheart the city, not the fort from TES III.

Ya'll are really good at finding maps. I knew it was there on the mouth of the river but all the maps I was finding via google didn't show it at all.

TESO is set before the Septim empire (during which the EETC had controll over all ebony in Morrowind) and I can almost certainly say that Ebonheart in ESO looks like the fort Ebonheart in Morrowind.
