Nope. I'm to much of a lazy [censored] to consider that...

My metabolism is abnormal as well. I could eat an entire cow and not gain a pound.

i maintain a 4000 calorie diet, but don't gain any weight. I do a lot of calorie burning at work.

problem is, even though im at a healthy physical size, ive likely got a bad heart from all the junk i eat.

Im starting to do night jogs for cardio.

I don't work out, but I should. I don't feel like I'm cut out for weight lifting or any of that jazz, I'm more of a swimmer/jogging kind of guy.

Yeah I go running sometimes and ride my bike to keep my cardio up. I'm a kickboxer so cardio is very important with that. I'm also interested in some Yoga type exercises.

It is nice, but it's an easy trap to fall into. Just because you can handle all the food doesn't mean you won't die a terrible and tragic death because of all the crap you eat. If I had a great metabolism I'd probably be worse off than I am now with a crappy one.

i don't think using weights is the right way to go when building body strength. The bulk you get from pumping iron just slows you down, i prefer to use my own body to strengthen itself. That way i have fast muscles.

which is important if i want to ever beat pop eye in a flinstone car race using the contraction of my biceps alone.

Not really. I stay at home and once in a while I will do some pull ups and lift some weights, but I can't ever keep a routine. I figure, if I do it once a week..in 10 years I'll look pretty damn good.

Really? I've never delved into the sciences of working out, but I was under the assumption that weight lifting and all that was the way to go, glad I don't have to then. I'm not a big guy and I really don't want to be "big."

well if you look at the muscles of boxers, the best ones i mean, you'll notice they don't have massive biceps. I am sure that they do some weight lifting, but i am even more sure that their muscle building ruetines consist of a larger variety of work outs with the purpose of creating fast muscles.

No. I am insanely lucky because I have fast metabolism, so I don't have to try to be thin, my body just takes care of it itself. That means I can eat a lot, never work out, and I still don't get fat. I always feel really guilty admitting that, considering how much other people struggle with this. I'm so sorry.

But anyway, I don't have any desire to be muscular or "toned" or whatever, and I'm too lazy to work out for the sake of my health, so I never work out. Even if I wanted to, I certainly wouldn't go to a gym.

CrossFit is the absolute best workout for building fast, enduring muscles. That is what we used at teh police academy and it was at least 945 times better than regular weight lifting.
