I think they said already no to housing, probably why they added it to Skyrim. I know its sub-based game, I just cant see them giving that privilege to Blizzard, like they gotta try, whatever what. To put it bluntly, if they dont now ask sub fees, they never get a second chance. Who knows maybe they get 400k subs for it but its very unlikely.
