Your favorite lesser known mods?

What are some mods you consider must-haves, but that aren't very well known? I have all the mods I will ever use from the Nexus top 100 and top 25 sections, but sometimes I come across a little gem that makes me wish I would have known about it sooner. Post some of your little-known favorites.

I only have two right now...

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14353 - Gives much needed buffs to almost all Dragon Shouts. Unrelenting Force now actually causes decent damage, Fire Breath is extremely deadly etc. Slightly overpowered but worth it IMO.

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14157 - For any good character or someone who isn't interesting in doing the Thieves guild this one is a must-have I think

Not sure how obscure this actually is, but I absolutely love http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17168, and I don't see it mentioned often. Unsurprisingly enough, it makes trees bigger (*gasp*). Makes all the forests feel so much wilder somehow.

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10394/ one of those essential mods from Oblivion, just as essential in Skyrim.

Oh, I love these threads, you can always find some nice mods in them

Show race menu options: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20092

Since it doesn't load as many assets it makes it less likely to crash your game when you want to edit your character.

Oh and most of MadCat's stuff.
