Your favorite location so far?

So what's your favorite location so far? Mine's either Whiterun or Windhelm :) I love them all though, so hard to decide!

Whiterun and the College of Winterhold. Then again, those are the two places I've mostly explored :P

The North Eastern coastline is incredibly beautiful when you're standing down at sea level. But so are many other regions of course - my latest favourite being the rain soaked pine forest NW of Falkreath.

As far as the cities go I've now finally seen all the major ones - except Morthal - and Markarth is almost certainly my favourite from a visual standpoint.

I really like a certain dungeon, it was largely flooded and had vampires in it.
Not the best explanation but I felt scared going through it cause of their damn Drain Health spells.
It had a really nice atmosphere and even had a little story tied to it.

Can't really speak for towns as I've only been to 1 village, 1 city and 1 farm.

New favourite spot, or at least another one to the collection :) - the paved path along the river a bit East of Markath. It's yet another piece of breathtaking Skyrim scenery in the morning sunlight and with the added depth of the 2D-3D conversion feature of my Samsung plasma 3DTV (the 2D-3D feature, which can vary a lot in efficiency, seems to be doing a pretty good job in general with much of the outdoors scenery in Skyrim, though I've only been using it on occasion so far).

The entire area northeast of Markath (with all the Forsworn). It's mostly because of the villages, fortifications and other stuff full of forsworn though.

But now I'm about to explore the area east of hrothgar. I'm hoping to find some dwemer ruins at least.

I've been to one Dwemer ruin with Erandur (that was before he died) and it was awesome, so Morrowind <3
