Anywhere, as long as I'm in my car, the road is open and the tank is full.

The coral reefs off the Florida keys, always thought they were more interesting than the great barrier reef.

Recently I really enjoyed San Miguel de Allende in Mexico. Beautiful city. I'm currently getting ready to jet off to Southeast Asia. I've never been to Thailand, so I'll let you know. ;)

That's a tough choice since there are a ton of places I would love to visit. If I had to pick just one though it would be New Zealand.Ever since I've seen the LOTR trilogy I've wanted to go there because it looks so beautiful.

Brasil. Because I just love the women there. I had a great time in my two years of living there. Hell, even when I was nine years old I had a awesome time with girls. Now I find myself back in America, where the non-free spirited shallow, materalistic women run amock. Here, there is no makeout sessions within thirty minutes of meeting a stranger, unless they are drunk. And I am too young to drink. :(

Germany
Germany is a lovely country. Lots of history (not just those guys), culture and architecture. Too bad I didn't live to see East Germany though. My mother tells it was an exciting place to visit.

Did you die before Germany was invented? Are you a ghost? Do we have a poltergeist on the forums? :ahhh:

It's still there, you know. :)

Paducah?

I had to really think about this. I'm not much of a traveler, but if I could visit one place far away in the entire world before I die it would be the Galapagos Islands.
I would like to have lots of cash and at least a month to see everything worth seeing.

Oahu. Nice enough city (Honolulu), great beaches and tropical climate all on a compact island thousands of miles from anywhere in the Pacific Ocean.

No, no no no. If you are ever going to visit Hawaii, go to one of the other islands, but stay off Oahu. Trust me, there are so many better options for a vacation than here. Your first thought is, "Yay, nice island paradise," but you don't realize that most of the island is a concrete jungle.

London in the Pacific, as a friend calls it.

There's a lovely little town on the north coast of France that I've visited a few times. If I had the money I'd definitely buy a holiday home there.

Do it! The films aren't lying. Every time I travel through the countryside (which is often) I'm astounded by how beautiful my country is. The South Island is more picturesque, but the North Island provides a good cultural experience. And Mount Doom is in the North Island :D

I've always wanted to travel Europe. All of it. I especially want to go to Holland. My mother is Dutch, my oma and opa were on the very first boat from Holland to New Zealand. I've seen lots of photos and I just really want to go, see what it's like now. I want to visit where my oma and opa grew up. Oma was born in some place I can't spell, Alf-something-something-rhine, or something. Opa was born in Amsterdam.

The Netherlands, it's the place I want to live for at least a few months. Espescially Amsterdam. Some people go just for the prostitution and weed but those people are fools and those things are not why I want to go. The architecture alone is enough for me. Not only are the canols so beautiful and amazing but they have things like http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-mmh0EYI8sLs/Tcet1Ee9WtI/AAAAAAAABSY/cK5RNtPlM3c/s1600/book+building+amsterdam.jpg.

Edit: Oh yes and New Zealand once The Hobbit is finished so I can visit the Hobbiton place they are going to make for tourists and the abandoned LOTR hobbit holes.

I was surprised to find I was the first.

I took one of my http://farm1.staticflickr.com/101/262980444_66d9b0bfff_b.jpg near Hadrian's Wall. I miss the local countryside.

Edit: I hasten to add that there were no fancy filters or recolouring involved there.
Nice! It looks like a painting :)
