I've concluded recently that my favourite area of Skyrim stretches from Solitude to Dawnstar. I thought I'd put it to the forum and see where everyone likes. It could be as small as a village or an entire hold. Where d'you spend your time? Why there?

I'm also fond of hot springs are in Eastmarch and the forests around Shor's Stone.

Ancestors Glade and the area around Falkreath, especially the path leading to the glade, you can see eeeverything.

over around Windhelm and south by southwest...LOVE Dwemer ruins...

The swamp between Morthal and Solitude, deadly and beautiful, great place for hunting. Riften and its fall forests is also a great place I always like to visit.

The Rift =anywhere along the ridge that overlooks the volcanic area far below
