Auriel's Ascension. I'm really fond of most of Oblivion's songs.
wow guys! it seems auriel's ascension is really popoular here! why can't i remember this song at all from oblivion!? im truely flabbergasted
Here's a compilation of all Skyrim's atmosphere music. The one that starts at around 5:00 is my favorite and have no idea what its called. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1VreyJwMVM&feature=related
feelsgoodman!
why the hell can't i get hold of jeremy soules album on itunes or on amazon for a fair price!? the albums so far exist but they are like £40-70 because they were limited or something along the lines of that.
it just makes me wanna grab some ale, light up the fire pit and sit lie next to the pit at night time all snuggly with a warm blanket!

I love the track "Secunda" from Skyrim. The piano melody is just amazing. Only problem is how short it is :(

They forgot to include it in the Xbox 360 original release. You'll only have the privilege of listening to it if you have the PC, PS3 or Xbox GOTY edition. I played the original Xbox version for two years, it's not until I played the PC version that I noticed the song.

Well, since I started playing TES with Oblivion.. I'd say Oblivions explore and public music. There are a few pieces that are my favorites but I'm using steams web browser and I can't post any links.

For those interested, simply type into google Oblivion Explore Music 1, Oblivion - Public 4, and Oblivion Explore Music 5.. those are easily among my favorites.

There's also a mod out there that added a lot of good music for Oblivion, unfortunately I can't get any of that music in Skyrim
For the mod, google Oblivion Mod Music, then click the link to the Oblivion Mod Wiki.. there's several music peices for Explore, Battle, and Public and most of them are nice additions. Merely thinking of all this music gives me nostalgia..

Does http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DL4vR3PB2oY count?

I'm quite fond of all the main themes from Arena to Skyrim (including Battlespire's and Redguard's). They all just seemed to fit the mood of each game so perfectly. Actually, I'm quite fond of pretty much all TES music. They've always had such great soundtracks.

I also really like the one from Daggerfall that people have dubbed "Shedungent." I'd love to find a remastered version like the one in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrzfMf5Hho4 video.

Outside of the games, Malukah and MiracleOfSound have some really great stuff (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BHKLVr_Cxw and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FLQ4rACE-0 *goosebumps*), and I also like the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9psCvA6Lyc theme and this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9psCvA6Lyc of Skyrim's theme. And Epinikion's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0YGXhAcXc4 is pretty good for a metal cover.

Gosh....I got a bit carried away there.

Love that section of Skyrim's background music that seems to have a mandolin.

Starts at about 21:00 here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1VreyJwMVM

My favorite track is Morrowind's theme.

If I were to rate the the music overall, it would be:

1. Morrowind
2. Oblivion
3. Daggerfall (from what I've heard on YouTube)
4. Arena (from what I've heard on YouTube)
4. Skyrim

The guy's work is here: http://dangoodale.wordpress.com/downloads/daggerfall-remixes/ :)
The four packs at the bottom of the post contain remasters of most of the game's music. There's some songs missing, but it's one of the more complete remaster packs available and the quality is exquisite. It'd be awesome if there was a way to get them into Daggerfall, but for now we'll have to wait for DaggerXL to allow music replacements.
