Pretty much this. Was hoping their magicka regen would be a passive boost, but even as a once a day power it's still going to be pretty useful for boss fights and the like.

I can't choice between a Dunmer or a Altmer, When i have the game friday i will see who looks most bad-asz in my eyes.
