Youtube Channel Series Help

Hi there.

Over the past year, i've built up a nice amount of 250,000 or so views on my channel's videos. However, I only have 100 subscribers. I've been working hard to gain subscribers, but I think I know why it isn't working. I dont have any series. Now, I'm planning on LPing multiple games such as STALKER CoP, Minecraft, Skyrim, Saints Row 3 ect. This would all be fine and dandy if my voice was to finish breaking. For the record, I turned 15 not to long ago. It's not that I have a super high voice, it's that it constantly cracks. It's been doing this for about 4 months now, and I was wondering if you guys had some input of what I should do. Should I start my Let's Plays now with my unstable voice and risk embarrasing myself? Or should I wait until My voice finishes breaking(which could be soon or a while)?

Any feedback would be appretiated!

I have seen a few LPs in the past that uses text in the video, annotation, or the classic notebook. You could give that a shot.

But there was a LPer that had a "kid" voice then disappeared, then reappeared and had a deep voice all of a sudden so you are not the only one :)
