Do any enemies respawn after you beat the quests?

Do plants such as datura roots respawn so you can harvest them again?

1. Yes, but they have confusing (to me) scripting so I believe that they do not respawn on the normal 2-3 days
2. Yes. EVERY plant in the game respawns, so go nuts.

the only enemy that may or may not respawn are the white legs. They Respawn if you evacuate.

Oh, I forgot to add a question , does the sorrows and dead horse camps repopulate? I chose to fight the white legs fyi

They will be still there, but I haven't completed the DLC yet, so I am not sure if they respawn or not.
