You might want to try making a new character who is the polar opposite of your first character.

Start a new character with a different skill set. Also play the other side of the civil war

Break into houses and try to find out who has something to hide. There is always a lot more to be found out in TES-games than is obvious on the first glance.

dead is dead, master difficulty, no crosshair, no hud, no map use, no hotkeys during combat, roleplay a specific character with preset skills or create a sub-optimal one during the game, etcetc. just create rules to guide your gameplay.

Really? I have 125 hours on my character and I still have so much to do.
You didn't rush through the whole thing did you? It's better to savor everything slowly, not go about it as if it's a job that you want to finish as soon as possible.

I'm at 145 hours and I'm starting to feel the same way. I feel like I've done all the major quest content that is relevant to my character (didn't do the civil war yet, or any 'evil' content like most of the Daedric stuff and the Thieve's guild/Dark Brotherhood). But I feel like I've done pretty much everything. I've only been to 78/160 dungeons though, so maybe I will try clearing out more dungeons? I dunno. I'm patiently waiting for DLC to come out.

park that character until later and start a new one, since, it sounds like your playing to grind it out. finish the character that does everything and hits every dungeon for way later after you've roleplayed a few.

one of things i learned a long time ago was to limit the number of hours for any one character. and, learn how to better roleplay a character in a rpg game!

since i've recently started skyrim i now have a nord warrior loyalist-type, a cat thief/assassin, and, dead is dead character save-files. i play whichever one suits me at the time, play accordingly, and have serious fun.

One simple solution: stop fast-travelling.

If you've put less than 150 hours in and claim that you've "done it all", you must have cheated yourself out of extending the life of the game by fast-traveling. Create another character, but this time lay off on fast-travelling... you may be surprised at what you may have missed on your last play through.

I finished the game with 329 hours at lvl 81 and I'm pretty sure there are a few things that I've missed. I played too much that I got bored as well. Although I'm trying to make an Archer but I'm not that addicted anymore.

If I was you I'd kill every single people in the cities and villages. That way you can say that you actually did everything in skyrim :)

did you collect all 24 stones of barenziah?
did you collect all the masks?
you did the companions, mage college, bards college, thieves guild, dark brotherhood, daedric, and civil war quests?
you can try to max all your skills and reach lvl 81?
you can try to find every location?
make a new character?

Read all 600 books in Skyrim? You can go to the imperial Libery to read it if you don't want to search them ingame.
Clear all dungeons, you still need to do that.
Did you find every village or town? talk to those fine people.
Try to get every skill to 100.
Get every unique item in the game.
Don't forget to enjoy the game while doing that.
Oh and please make sure to play on master difficulty and delete your character if he/she dies.
Roleplay a character.
Roleplay a character and don't do every quest you get, decline some quest your character wouldn't do (or even destroy a faction like the dark brotherhood)

A challenge I'm up to:
Play every TES game from Arena to Skyrim.

If you're only at 119 hours there's no way you've done everything. That or you blasted through it all so fast you missed all sort of stuff along the way. I'm at 185 hours and I haven't finished the main story, still have a full quest log, just started the Bard quests, haven't finished the war, and have lots of places I haven't seen yet. I don't understand why people rush though a game like this and then show up announcing they're bored.

I am at 170+ hours and only cleared about 80 of the dungeons. The OP must have raced through it at lightning speed and not done the hundreds of side quests I have found for alot of the places.

I like how most people always rush through the main quest try to do all the quest there is as fast as possible. Yall should take time to explore random places more. There are also side quest to be found at different undisclosed locations. I just stumbled across this mills south of Riften and got an interesting quest. Probably look forward to it

I'm at 313 hours, and I'm still finding new, surprising things. Some of the time is repeating the same quests (on my 3rd character), but there's a fair amount more to discover. I still haven't finished the Companions, Stormcloaks, or Thieves Guild quests, and I'm waiting on a different character for the Dark Brotherhood.

Like people have said, role play each character, and try different things: pure mage, pure warrior, pure thief. Play a thief and try to sneak through everything.
